Park View Elementary School is the newest school in the Mountain View School District. Park View opened its doors on August 10, 2022 to students entering grades TK-6.
Board of Trustee Area 5 Vacancy
The Mountain View School District Board of Trustees will be accepting applications (on/after January 9, 2023) to fill the vacant seat in Trustee Area 5 on the MVSD Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees will be interviewing qualified applicants and make a provisional appointment at a special board meeting scheduled for February 2, 2023. More information can be found at
Registration for students who are new to Mountain View School District and live within Park View Elementary's attendance boundaries is open and will continue until the school is available for occupancy.
At this time, Park View Elementary School has reached full capacity in;
Kindergarten, 1st & 3rd Grade
All new students enrolling in Kindergarten or 3rd grade have the opportunity to do so at our sister site, Ranch View Elementary School.
Registration for all other grades is currently available.
Online registration is not currently available. You can download and print the registration packet below, or stop by the school office to pick one up.
Only complete registration packets will be accepted. In addition to the registration paperwork, please bring your child's birth certificate, immunization record and proof of residency (utility bill, escrow papers, mortgage statement, etc.) and we will make copies. Students registering for TK or Kindergarten must also include a physical exam and dental assessment (included in the packet).

2022-23 Age Requirements
Students entering Transitional Kindergarten will need to turn 5 years old between September 2, 2022 - February 2, 2023.
Students entering Kindergarten will need to turn 5 years old by September 1, 2022.
